I was hoping the new FAQ would answer this one, but no such luck.:( The scenario- I have four Rookie Intergang Medics all in a row. We'll call them ABCD. Here's where it gets complicated. Since when a pair are of equal value, I get to pick which one has Outwit, can I have the AB pair, with A having Outwit #1, CD pair with D having Outwit #2, and BC pair with B having outwit?

Yes. Outwit can be assigned within each possible pair of Superman Enemies, which in this case would be the 3 you mentioned.

I also have a question. Lets assume that Vet Doomsday is next to an Intergang Agent, who are both adjacent to my opponents Vet Superman. Doomsday gets the outwit and decides to outwit Superman's Impervious. Can Doomsday still use his CCE when he attacks Superman on the same turn or does he no longer have CCE because he has outwit?

Doomsday would have BOTH CCE and Outwit, but he would not be able to Outwit Superman then attack Superman using his CCE. A single figure cannot use any super power with CCE (or RCE) other than Probability Control. Some other figure could Outwit Superman, then Doomsday could attack Superman using his CCE. Doomsday just can't do it himself.

I have to disagree. The outwit being used is not a "superpower" but a team ability. Thus there is no restriction against using them together. Not to mention you can designate an outwit at any time during your turn. So after the agent moves into position doomsday uses outwit and then doomsday attacks. 3 seperate actions.

The Superman Enemy ability is a team ability. The Outwit granted by it is not. It is exactly as if the figure had the Outwit power, which means, among other things, that it is subject to being Outwitted itself. And the reason Doomsday cannot use CCE against the target of his Outwit can be found in the FAQ under RCE:The attacking player's other characters can effect the defending/targeted character, but the attacking character can't be the one using the other powers.
