Ok, I was just doing some research. Apparently, this character WAS in Return of the Jedi, but can only be seen in production stills. So while they technically were in the movie way off in the background (according to a couple of Star Wars sites), they're nigh impossible to see. I've watched Return of the Jedi dozens of times and I've never once seen them.

Just wanted to clarify that so that people don't call foul.
