There is an action cap of 5 actions + Leadership maximum at all times, unless noted otherwise.

Highlander Rule is in effect 100% of the times unless a certain figure is obviously generic; clear it with me before any matches if you're unsure or check with this excellent Highlanders Resource List (http://www.hcrealms.com/forum/showthread.php?t=264929).

Purple Ringed Uniques/LEs are legal for play.

Frankenstein (AA#041) has THE MONSTER'S STEAM GUN: Frankenstein can use Super Strength and Energy Explosion for as long as his Super Strength power shows up on the dial.

Grodd (AA#104) has the Calculator Team Ability.

Feats, Conditions, Event Dials, Objects, Bystanders, & Maps:

No 3-d objects and maps are retired.

In Contact With Oracle will require the Gotham City, or Birds of Prey keyword.

When playing Golden Age, Limited Edition Feats are limited to one per team.

DISCLAIMER:

I am due at least 2 prize kit packs from Hobbytown so I should be able to support the participation prize contingency easily. Concrete answers towards confirming this 100% is still up in the air until release date, though.

House Rules have been edited. What has changed is that Special Objects have no point cost per the latest Player's Guide and removed the ATA section as it's clear and concise according to the BN Rulebook.

Only 3 more TBTB events before WoS kicks in!

There's a problem with the WoS prize support at Hobbytown. We will not receive it until Wednesday. I am not sure whether to cancel the event or go ahead with it and promise the prize to the winners at the next event.

Prize Support Update: am being promised they're coming in tomorrow. Will check with them then and get back here to confirm the news.

Also just edited the Non-Keyworded list to include the latest batch of non-keyworded figures (8 of them, 4 WoS generics, 4 Watchmen Duos).

I've been deliberating on this for some time now and decided to remove the "homemade" keyword list for two reasons:

1) Who am I to decide those keywords?

2) I usually grant theme team bonuses to teams that don't even have matching keywords, just as long as you have "proof" so having such a list was a moot point.

Also removed the switch of Parallax's Speed & Attack powers. Again, who am I to decide that? However, I've kept Frankenstein and Gorilla Grodd up there.

I've also cleaned up the schedule...wow, already down to 2 more events?! I just might throw some random event in November if only to get guys together to play.
