Here's my take on a classic, Norman Osborne, Green Goblin before he became the freakin' leader of everything. A concept I still have a hard time believing.

over all nice job. I dont see him needing a late dial attack spike though. I could see a power or damage boost though. he could also be about 10 points cheaper.

Good point. I was going for the last ditch, big bang type attack. Considering this typically misses the hero, although adding that last little moment of shock, I think a lower attack value would work.
