What figs would work well for an all X Men Team?

I'm getting back into Heroclix, as i'm an old avid gamer. I'm most likely going to get CT Nightcrawler, and want to know what other figs I should put with him. I'm thinking Colossus, and possibly Wolverine, but I also want my team to be somewhat competitive.

All these new powers and abilities are getting me somewhat confused. Would shellhead work with Nightcrawler?

CT Nightcrawler is still a very good figure. To get the most out of him, you should include some Perplex and TK (PC is nice too), and round out the team with some good secondary attackers.

No, Nightcrawler does not meet the prerequisites for Shellhead - he has no Toughness, Invulnerability or Impervious on his dial.

It really depends on the points. Nighcrawler, Wolverine and Colossus are a good start though.

If you can get it: Danger room Storm is a great use of stealth and mobility. Also sunfire is a great backup character choice.

Most of the DR figures are cheap solid figs actually, but surprisingly only Storm and Colossus are X-men Keyword.

The new Bishop is good as is Lab coat Beast.

A Jean Grey/Marvel girl is always good for TK.

Longshot is great if you can get your hands on one.
