If I have a figure with 2 targets and telekinesis (example Quasar), can I use telekinesis in two objects and throw they.

Example:

O1 = object 1
O2 = object 2
Q = Quasar


O1-Q-O2

No. The rules for TK say to give the character a close combat action to throw the object, not a ranged combat action. Multiple targets only applies to ranged attacks.
