meaning Give maestro a power action and he can make a close combat attack as a free action with +2 to his attack.

"GAMMA-SATURATED" is a power action that grants a close combat attack..."Charge" is a power action that grants a close combat action. You cannot give him a power action to activate "Charge" and then a second power action to activate "GAMMA-SATURATED."

"GAMMA-SATURATED" gives +2 Attack if you make the attack standing still. (or if you have a TKer throw him in first).

In that case, the new wording would be found in the Player's Guide (availalbe for download in the Units section). There's no new wording that I am aware of though.
