Ok i know Captain America's power says his line of fire is blocked only by walls and indoor blocking terrain.
can he still shoot someone with range if the figure he is targeting is on different elevation and not on the edge of the building. Or say he is not on the edge of building can he still shoot down at someone.

i don't know but i hope not. i realize he is suppose to be doing this trick shot thing but if he cant actually "see" them then how does he know they are there? im sure the answer is probably not going to be one i like.

yes he can, nothing is blocking his LoF.

i hope so to because i had this long debate with a judge at my venue that he could not do that but he ruled that he could. And i just had to take it.
Hopefully someone clears this up for me.

i just don't understand how he could target them. I know nothing is blocking his line of fire but he also cannot see them.

DEFLECTION TRAJECTORY: Captain America's line of fire is blocked only by walls and indoor blocking terrain.

Maraud's got it right, as usual.

Elevated terrain is neither a wall nor indoor blocking terrain so shoot away if the target is within Cap's range.

yea he definately can, a wall is anything outlined with a bold black line. so if there is no bold black line or brown line then its a go
