The New Bullseye Movie

Wow! I just got back from seeing the new Marvel Comics movie "Bullseye" and I was blown away! This flick was awesome!

I don't know who this "Daredevil" chump was. For some reason they gave him the name of the movie instead of Bullseye. Is he an established Marvel character? I mean I guess Daredevil was a neat sorta guy in leather britches. A little "fey" if you know what I mean. Some fellow clix-ers said that Daredevil was a major comic book hero and even had his own Hero-Clix, but I've never seen one. As a matter of fact, I've never seen ANYONE use a Daredevil on their team. But you can't break wind without knocking over a Bullseye Hero-Clix. :)

One more thing, when Elektra went base to base with Bulleye on the rooftop, I was surprised her BCF didn't pick Bullseye apart, but I guess she was the Rookie version. This Bullseye must have been a misprint because it looke dlike he had CCE. :)

But then again, I could be wrong :)

More of this, eh? Allrighty. Bullseye can hang with just about anyone in hand to hand combat. The man beat the ever living snot out of Crossbones, and that's a guy who can give Captain America a good run for his money. He's a phenominal close in fighter. He DID kill Elektra in the comics remember. I know that this is supposed to be sarcasm, but I'm already sick of seeing all the "I hate the Daredevil movie!" garbage.

I never said I hated it, it was a great movie for me. I just think Bullseye should have gotten top billing :)

I actually saw it Saturday night as my wife was healthy enough to go with me and some friends. I thought they did an excellent job with Bullseye. Did people stay long enough to see the scene with Bullseye in the hospital during the credits? I think the "He made me miss" line will be spoken several times at clix games in the future. Someone described Bullseye as a pissed off Andre Agassi. Too funny. Hope we get more Bullseye in the sequel.

X-Men 2 trailer had me bouncing out of my seat seeing Nightcrawler Bampfing everywhere. My wife looked at me and shook her head (smiling at least).

I played a DD, Spiderman, Elektra, Black Cat team against my friend's Klaw, Bullseye, Sabretooth and Unique Juggy team last night (who also went to the movie). I have to say it was pretty cool that I actually got my Super Senses roll twice against Bullseye attacks. Klaw finished DD off though, I guess it was the whole "sonic" thing that messed him up like in the movie.

Shin-goji: On a separate note, I played my first Sentinel team and took great pleasure in capturing the Thing since I didnt have anything left on the board to get past Invulnerability.

Shin-goji also did a good job running his first tourney on Saturday. We all were able to somehow bite our tongue against the dual Firelord/Barrier team. I got teamed up with Firelord/Barrier in a 2 on 2 battle after the tourney. I wanted to create a "traitor" scenario where I could suddenly turn sides and smack him upside his Q-tip or refuse to heal his army, but decided in the sense of sportsmanship that it wouldnt have been cool. He was pissed off enough earlier having his Firelords mind-controlled by Graf Zemo who in his own words "Has a hard on for mind controlling Firelord". :)

That traitor scenario would have been a good idea.

Much props to SHIELD, Graf Zemo and Spidersense who put up with The virus's cheese, and take comfort in that you were true sports and that The Virus won't ever get to use that team again with the future house rules. be glad that he doesn't have a V Firelord. He'll have to come up with new teams.

Wish you could show up for the 400 point DC tourney this weekend. Ape Nation will RISE!

Ah yeah, arousal through Mind Controlling Firelord. Wonder what medical term they'll give that?
