When a transporter carries someone do you modify their movement -2?

When you are given a token to theme pc. Can you clear that token at the end of your turn or the end of your next turn?

2 questions that came up in our games last night.

Are you using the Carry ability?

(Yes, you are... and that means a -2 to movement since that is part of the Carry ability).

When you are given a token to theme pc. Can you clear that token at the end of your turn or the end of your next turn?

FF rules, page 7:

Once you have resolved all of your actions for your turn and placed the appropriate action tokens, remove action tokens from characters on your force that did not receive action tokens that turn. Then it is the next player’s turn.

So, if it is your turn when you used the theme PC, you placed that token that turn... no clearing. If you used it on your opponent's turn, you'd clear it at the end of your turn just like if your opponent had Incapped that character (assuming you didn't put another token on it during your turn).

The penalty to movement is part of the Carry ability. If you use the ability, you use each aspect of it. Transporters use the carry ability.

Any of your figures that were NOT given a TOKEN will clear at the end of your turn. So if you used theme PC during your turn, then it would not clear because the token was assigned this turn. If you use it on our opponents turn, and the figure wasn't assigned another token during your turn, then it would clear at the end of the turn.

Normalview beat me by that much....
