I know that a Mind Controlled character can't use any feats assigned to it, but what about Mjolnir? While playing today an opponent MC'd my Heimdall who had Mjolnir. At the time I ruled that he could use the modifiers, but was wondering if there was an official ruling.

It isn't a feat. How's that for a ruling? ;)
(Seriously, though, you were correct. MC only makes exceptions for feats. Any other game effect, like BFCs, special objects, even theme team PC usage, are perfectly legal for controlled characters to use.)

That makes sense. If Heimdall were holding any other object I'd be able to use it.
How could I use a theme PC with a MC'd character though? You can't theme re-roll with the character making the attack. I guess if I was controlling 2 or more opposing characters I could, but would I use my theme PC, or my opponents?

You would use yours. You're also correct that you'd need to have at least wo guys under MC.

This brings up a question regarding theme team PC: if I am playing a Cylon Theme team, and I mind control the opposing character's Gaius Baltar figure with the Human keyword, do I suddenly NOT have a theme team for the purpose of Theme team PC re-rolls?
I am probably missing something obvious. I should probably just pack it up and go to bed, so don't be to harsh on me if I am just showcasing the literacy level of a caffeine-soaked gerbil.

theme team is only check at force build not in the middle of the game.

Ok, now my next question is: since PC (normal or theme) isn't an action, would the MC'd character still get to take an action? Also, if they used the theme PC would they receive an action token?

Thanks. Good to know it isn't conditional mid-game. Rep!
Edit: Or maybe not. You must spread some Reputation around before giving it to Maraud again.
the MCed character still gets the token AND can still perform their free action. There is another thread on this, but I am too lazy to look it up right now...

The obvious thing you're missing is that Baltar was a cylon! :p
OK, maybe not, but they never really explained just what the heck the Six/Baltar in Baltar/Six's heads really were, did they?
