Buffy Clix?

I'm sure folks have discussed this before, but I'm new here. I'd love to see the kids from Buffy and Angel as Heroclix. It seems like a great idea, they'd fit the paradigm, there are plenty of cool demons and vamps for villains, and who wouldn't want to see Buffy versus the Joker? :) Or better, Angel versus Batman?

I suppose it won't be happening though.

i wouldnt say that its impossible (although i wouldnt care one way or the other) there is a buffy book by dark horse and there are (supposedly) some dark horse properties in the upcoming indy clix (maybe we'll see) but who knows i am pretty sure that u arent alone in your wanting to see the buffy crew

BtVS Rules! I love this idea! I don't know if these have all been done before but heres how I would see the scooby Gang:
Only problem would be no taxis.
Buffy: L/C, BCF (stake), Toughness (she can take a punch) and really high AV. Maybe some leadership and outwit at the end of her dial.
Willow: TK and ranged attack (maybe a U worth like 100 pts with all those dark powers that let her turn a guy inside out (Yech!))
Giles: leadership and a crossbow.
Xander: a support fig with PC (luck) and healing.
Cordy could be a perplexer
Spike and Angel would be like super vampire lackeys with BCF, Drain, Strealth
OZ: basically the same as wolfsbane.
Anya: I have nothing for Anya. any ideas?

Well, I'm nto a big fan of the idea, but

Give Cordelia Probability Control to represent her visions.
Give Anya Perplex, for her, uh, charming personality. :}

come on, i know anya is not a big deal of character, not important at all, but she´s a witch after all, so there could we some perplex, or outwit or probability control, even healing, that would be the best use for it i guess, make it a healer and give her range attack, maybe 2 arrows because she could fire stuff as a witch

Anya isn't a witch, she's an ex-demon. Yes, she has cast a couple spells here and there, but so have half the people on the show, including Dawn and Xander now.

Willow is the witch. She has never demonstrated significant healing powers, despite ample opportunities.

Couldn't agree more with the idea of buffyclix, but the dark horse comic isn't going to help. There's no way they have the rights to make other liscenced properties, since they are just another liscenced property. On the other hand, it does show that Joss Weadon and the fine people at Fox/Newscorp have a willingness to allow comic type properties to be made. With a little luck, someone at a major con will start giving mods to the actors, writers and even to Joss and the idea will catch on.

Willow should get some sort of probability control, or something to represent the telepathy she was using in the very first episode of Buffy on UPN. She should also get telekinesis (remember the pencil?) maybe with a low attack like 8 or 9 (for regular Willow).

She'd be some varied version of Jean Grey basically.

Now onto Dark Willow (let's just combine the two Dark Willows, ie the one that tried to put the hurt on Glory, and the one that even Giles couldn't stop with all that magic).

I'm not sure on a point cost, but she would have a flight base (yes she did fly in that Glory episode, levitate anyway, but they need at least one flier...). She'd also get a higher attack than REV Willow because of all the magic she absorbed. Telekinesis is a must in this part (maybe even BCF for a click to represent all those swords she materialized, hurling them at Glory, although, that would best be represented by Telekinesis). Energy Shield Deflection with a 16-17 defense. Possibility of Running shot...

I'd love to see how they'd do the Willows. Rookie would basically be a support figure (with support and 0 dmg), Experienced would be a little higher numbers, still a mediocre attack rating (7-8), with the intro of telekinesis for like a click (she did prop that soda machine up against the door in the ep. where that psycho wolf chick was trying to kill her and tara-another witch who'd be fun to see in clicks). Then the veteran would be basically what we saw of Willow towards the end of the Buffy run on WB and regular Will up to now on UPN. Higher attack (8-9 at best), telekinesis for a few more clicks, probability control, ESD for a click maybe.

I dunno, I sorta just brainstormed all that, I'd love to see them make Buffy clicks, I am a huge fan.

Actually PMMJ, Will has used curatvie powers. She healed herself using the Earth's energy and that of Buffy, in the episode where Willow comes back to Sunnydale from England. Also, Willow healed Buffy towards the end of last season, healing her after she used telekinesis to remove a bullet.

Well, I'm overhwelmingly in favor of Buffy CliX! I would probably buy more of those than any other set!

Angel and Spike would be like Hulk, getting better (and more vampey) as the battle rages on. B/C/FANGS at first and then SE comes into play. Stealth would be a must for them. Toughness and also Battle Fury (that's a must...i'm sure Vamps [more or less Spike] would want to be carried into the frey by...the...um...non-existant Buffy Expantion Taxis)

I can think of almost no use for Anya...except for a Unique of her...Vengeance Demon Anyanka (...spelling?) She'd be a cool, click with PC and EE....maybe Perplex even...

I like Willow with Telekensis and a good range. And i think she should have Defend...remember all those protection spells she did in the beginning?

And what about Fayth? She be basically buffy with a higher damage, less leadership(ok...no leadership), more outwit, and battle fury.

i could go on forever it seems! Buffy has just to many characters that could be used in this game! There's like a new demon each episode....monsters galore! Just no fliers on the good guys side...unless i'm forgetting something.

Hey Talon! Nice work with the Buffy Clix! Just a thought though, what if for Angel and Spike and any other vamps out there strong enough to make a name for themselves they get their strongest midway through their dial (when they finally show their vampyness...is that a word?)
