Tournaments when applicable; we are putting together a sealed booster tourney for the BatB release. otherwise, just general play most Saturdays. Come check us out, we have a group of anywhere from 3-8 players most Saturdays and always welcome more; play is free!

What is the seige scenario?

Seige scenario as follows:

500 pts
Hero team:

Must include Asgardians and/or Avengers (comic accurate for Seige)
Nick Fury

Villian team:

Must include Green Goblin/Iron man (to be named Iron Patriot)
"dark" Avengers and X-men (either villian or hero i.e. hawkeye or bullseye, wolverine as daken, etc.)
Any Initiative members

Goal:

Hero team: defeat the bad guys and save Asgard (likely a building to be destroyed)

Villian team: Defeat the "heros" and destroy Asgard


Simplistic, i know but this is not a tourney or anything, just general play. We like to play themes or teams and will put together little scenarios for each, some more elaborate than others. For instance we did the death of Gwen Stacy two Saturdays ago that was pretty elaborate.

To be honest, due to weather this weekend, i'm not sure we will be playing. Call first if you plan to stop by.

We will be trying the Seige scenario again this Saturday 02132010 depending on turnout (we need at least 4 players) otherwise it will be battle royale on an indoor map!

absolutely! we start to get organized around 130-2 and usually start play around 3, but if you let us know we can hold back.

All characters on a players force MUST have the S.H.I.E.L.D or Hydra team ability/keyword. Players cannot intermingle forces; a force must consist of one or the other.
All forces must include a “general” of 100 pts or above. All other characters must be 99 pts or below.

Has anyone heard of events going on at Hobby Central in Delaware? I haven't been able to make it by there to find out what's happening lately.

I know they were having games on Saturdays, but haven't heard anything about turnout and if they're still happening...

I havent heard anything about this venue. it might be a little out of the way for you, but feel free to stop by Moore's anytime. we play Sat 1:30-6:30.
