Looking for a dial template.

Hello, I am kind of new to the modding circle and was trying to find a dial template. I have been using real cursor creator to modify dials but it takes a while and the gold color comes out a little of when I print. I use an ink jet printer. Any help or suggestions will be greatly appreciated. Oh yeah is there a point price guide for powers?

The point formula is an enigma shrouded in mystery. However, Xplodiak created a calculator that while not necessarily accurate (as in, equal to the true formula) is solid and provides great consistency one can work off of.

Thanks for the reply! After I posted this I found the search function. I did a search and found a reference to what you were saying. I guess I can make a dial similar to an already published dial and base my points off of that. Thanks again.
