First Appearance XMEN Vol 2 Ish 5
Why does he deserve a clix? One of the origional Weapon X bad mofo's , he is an awesome char, ad whenever wolverine's in trouble, he's always there to aid his friend. He's a real enigmatic spy man of mystery with a storied past.
Powers: Energy Explosion, Tougness, RCE and Stealth. He should have a few clicks of BCF, and then have outwit, finally standard Weapon X regen. He should top out at like 60 points. Rookie should be shield (His time as a gov't operative. Not technically shield, but close enough) Exp Bropther hood (He was Freedom Force for a time I think.) Vet Xmen for his assists to the team. Range of like eight, two targets.
His Attack Should be a ten, fifteen defense, 2 clicks of Damage (RCE theN BCF), Speed of 8.
