Strange as this will sound, I'd almost like them to really surprise us by doing one of this issue's "generics."

Main reason is because I'd love to see the Designer's Notes that accompany a spud figure, and maybe take the opportunity to discuss their methods regarding all weenies.

Now, since that would leave the rest of the Clix community up in arms, I'd like to see Shadowcat in ther R E V (U?) and LE versions.

A friend and I were thinking about how Taskmaster could be done.. in clix, the only way that really came to mind was just to give him a high attack rating right off the bat and give him some perplex.

Ok, I'll put my powers of deduction to the test. I think it will be a villain this time. Probably a r/e/v as they've given us two uniques already and probably don't want to give them all away. It will be someone recognisable too. As much as I'm dieing to see Apocalypse I think they'll keep him hidden so I'll go with Abomination or Mandarin. Beast will be the one after that.

While it would certainly be very interesting and, yes, throw us for a real loop, it won't happen. They'd have to delay the set for months if they decided to change stuff. Between design, playtesting, and production, you can bet things were already pretty much set in stone before the pineapple appeared.

I think we're due for a villain in this week's preview. We've had 5 so far and they've all been heroes. It's time for the bad guys to make their presence known. I'm curious to see how they'll finally do Mystique, but I'm hoping for a glimpse at one of the figures we haven't seen yet. Folks have mentioned Abomination or Viper. I'd be okay with either of them. Or Scorpion. Scorpion would be cool.

I agree. Jean would be okay, but I'd love to see Rachel. We've already got a Jean Grey figure anyway, and with Rachel and Shadowcat to add to Nightcrawler we'd be that much close to having Excalibur. Of course, I'd have to actually get a Nightcrawler first....

And a Phoenix.
