Another Barrier Question

Your Black Panther outwits my Titania's super strength. On my turn, Blizzard places a barrier between the two of them. Since barrier functions as blocking terrain, Outwit stops working and Titania immediately gets her strength back, correct?

No.

You need line of sight to outwit. But after the power is outwitted you do not need to keep line of sight. Titania gets her Super Strenght back at the begining of my turn. With the barrier in place I can either choose not to outwit it again, destroy a part of the barrier to restore LOS so as to outwit SS again, or move Black Panther so as to restore LOS and outwit SS again.

Unfortunately for Titania, no. Once Outwit has happened it remains in force until the character loses it or voluntarily turns it off. You do not have to keep the victim in sight for the duration of the Outwit.
