Figured I'd post my version of the 'Wog !
Not so sure about the point cost. Let me know what you think....

As is he's a little over 200 (well a lot over, but that's fixable)

Drop perplex from his first two clicks, Both Leadership and Perplex are expensive powers. Limit the attack special power to a single click, TK is really expensive and you aren't gonna be using it on the second or 3rd click. swap out the 2 16 toughness clicks for Combat reflexes (you really ought to be in close combat by then, if your not your not winning the game anyway). Finally drop two clicks of charge.

That would put you in the 180-200 pt range.

Why Battlefury? Kilowog keeps his calm, he doesn't go on a rampage (unless possessed) I don't think he needs battlefury. You don't really need 2 clicks of leadership, I believe only 1 would work well enough. Other than that pretty good dial.
