OK, heres the deal. I believe it states in the rules book that a flyer can use RCE against an opponent even if that target is adjacent to him (right next to him). So:

1. Can the Grounded character choose to use RCE against a flyer adjacent to him? Say can Cyclops use RCE against Vulture if theyre adjacent?

2. If TWO flyers are adjacent, can one flyer with RCE use it against his nearby target? Brainiac is in hovering mode, and right next to Vision also in hovering mode. Can Braniac use his RCE against Vision?

Also, and this is a NON RCE question.

Whats up with the Riddlers dial? I know, Ive read this many places before, where the ink wasnt what it should be and the colors were off. Well on my Veteran Riddler, the colors are GOOD, hes got Perplex in the beginning I believe, but later down his dial he has a Dark Blue under Damage, which is Shape Change. I thought he would have Dark Blue under his Defense, for Mastermind. Any idea what this Dark Blue for Damage is supposed to represent, or is the color right, and just its position is off (should be Defense but is in Damage)???

Thanks.

OH, and one more thing (done in Jackie Chans animated uncles voice):

Can you Outwit something from a memeber of your own team? Bane has an object, but doesnt want to use it, and cant just lie it down. He does have a Catwoman on his side with Outwit. So could Catwoman Outwit Banes SS so he could put the object down, so he could use his CCE?

1) The Grounded figure can only make a Ranged Combat Action (RCE) against an adjacent opposing flying figure as long as no other opposing grounded figures are also adjacent.

So, if he is surreounded by enemy fliers... then yes. If even one non-flying enemy figure is adjacent, then no.

2) Flying figure can always make a Ranged Attack against any other figure. If adjacent to an enemy figure, that attack must be used against the adjacent enemy.

3) Your Riddler is a 1st issue misprint. They had printed Shape Change instead of Mastermind.

It's position is off. Riddler has Mastermind.

No, Outwit reqires that you target an opposing character as stated in the FAQ.

The second sentence of the Outwit power now reads: “Once during your turn, this character may “turn off” a power on a target OPPOSING character; treat the target as if it does not have the cancelled power.”
