Donor Question

How do you know if your subscription is up or if you're having a problem? I didn't think my subscription was due to expire yet. While I still have the "Gold Donor" banner, I don't have the PM box capacity and I'm seeing ads.

Edit: Actually, the banner is gone. I'm going to assume my subscription has expired, but I really didn't think it was time. I thought I had just recently re-subscribed due to a previous problem. Any way of checking the date of when I last subscribed?

In User Control, in the Miscellaneous area - Paid Subscriptions, the Active Subscriptions tells you when it expires.

However, I went ahead and renewed yesterday anyway. Anyone know how long it takes to take effect?

I think it should be instantaneous.

I don't think there's a lack of folk willing to help, but Typhon will probably want to deal directly with you to resolve the matter. It would probably be easier for you to delete a few PMs and make space, and then contact him yourself, no?


You could also try using the "Report Post" option as well as a means of getting Typhon's attention! ;)

I went from having 500 allowed to 100. When I try to send it says I've exceeded by maximum and won't allow. Obviously I have more than 100. :laugh:

I paid for a new subscription yesterday but am still waiting for it to reflect on this site. I have already PM'd Typhon about it and will await his response. I was just wondering if anyone else had experienced the same problem. Thanks!
