I would defo swap out Gordon, unfortunately he doesn't bring much to the team, low movement, low AV, poor starting click and over costed.
I'd probably throw in some cheap tie-ups instead, it's what Batman Allys do best.

Afew suggestions would be;
#004 The Question, Good stats, cheap points, brings Outwit AND Perplex to the table.
#006 Gotham City Detective, If you wanna keep some Enhancement (like Gordon) then he's your guy, I wouldn't go mad over it since most Bat Allys have short range, but he can be useful, also great for tie-up with plasticity and a good high DV for his cost.
#003 Spoiler, great harasser piece with the Batman Ally team ability, leap/climb and some truly great stats for her cost.
#025 Huntress, don't let the dial fool you, for 18pts you get a Stealthed, 9AV, 6range 2dmg harasser. People need to waste a figure to base her to get rid of the annoyance, usually making the most of her points cost.
#041 Batgirl, if you can spare the extra few points, she's worth every penny, 11AV, great SP's, AV Spike mid-dail, just generally a great piece, has a 5 Star rating in the units section, for good reason ^^
#014 Alfred, an expensive model to buy but for good reason, cheap cost, long dial, full of stealth and best of all, Support with a GOOD AV!! Not to mention he can cause trouble with Energy Explosion, great piece, hence the price.

Anyway thats just afew suggestions with the Gotham Keyword, Weird how you have so many Batman Allys with no Gotham Keyword :S

p.s. Oh and as for BFC's, Bat Teams just love Deep Shadows, whats that? I'm stealthed almost everywhere on the board? Weeeee!

the main reason i use captain gordon is his "summon the bat" SP
incase im stuck with limited hindering terrain i can hide there and have them come to me
then have batman outwit there defence if needed perplex his damage to4 declare my charge gaining +1 again via oracle to damage giving me 5 damage
then use the charge/flurry combo (love that combo)
which usually leaves him out of hindering
then i "SUMMON THE BAT" back into hindering ready to do it again with indomitable MWAHAHAHAHAHA

I know it looks nice on paper but it is HIGHLY situational (I use to use him alot).
First of all if you want to use it you have to push him or take damage, on a dial with only 5 clicks of life that's generally not a good idea.

Then you add in the fact you have to give him a power action, wasting him for that turn, not to mention it's only 6 spaces, most Bat Allys have higher than 6 movement and most even have Leap/Climb, meaning unless it's a wall, they could just jump over it anyway (again making it very situational).

Like you said the only time it'd really come into affect is to pull him out of combat,
I just feel its 50pts that could be spent better, since the team currently consists of Batman, a tie-up/support attack and 2 support characters, only one of which will be doing something on the map.
But anyway, iv given you afew suggestions for replacements etc, so you may aswell give the current build a try out and see how you go on. ^^ Then adapt it from there.

p.s. And yeah #099 AA Batman is insane, Wish I had him! :<
p.p.s. Also, since it's 300pts with only 3 characters, yet 2 with Leadership, if you can keep Gordon safe, you may wanna consider Contingency Plan, would be a nice extra +1AV, tho again abit costly for a 300pt build, maybe in larger games.
p.p.p.s. If you wanna play cheese and spend that last 1pt, throw a Lian Harper in there as a tie-up/LoF blocking piece.

IIRC I played

120 Batman + 5 Warbound + 8 Protected + 5 Lunge
79 CR Nightwing + 5 Warbound
66 AA Robin + 5 Warbound

I'm not sure if I played Alfred the BST for the last 6 points or just let those three go to town. There is no more room for feats (2 points) so it was probably the BST if anything.

ive played the team a few times and i found its not too situational
the key (as with any stealth team for me) is to have them come to u
and considering batmans movement is halfed twice (charge and hindering) captain gordon only have 6 range on his SP is a bit too much

also when (and i meen when)they start basing batman and nightwing there damage wont be that great (bout 3 at best) they would target batman for points and hes the easiest target clicking him to 18 def and defend standing adjacent to batman nightwing has 20 def which ties u the main threat
i also use nightwing at range with enhancement to finish off what batman doesnt early game

ive played the team against the supernova national champ here (england) and won!!!
tho he did win the second game coz of hes new tactic of me rolling crit miss but thats just bad luck lol

I use a Batman Ally team I haven't lost with it yet.
Batman (AA) 120+ICWTO+lunge+ambush
Robin (Crisis) 79+ambush
Batgirl (crisis) 70+ambush

Lunge on batman gives him 7 charge first click, I use batgirl as bait at first hanging batman and robin back. They go for batgirl, you use her nice defensive powers to take it. Then you charge in with Batman, and outwit with robin AND batman. Flurry with Batman. If everything goes right you can take down a 9 click figure in 2 turns with combined flurries from Batman and Batgirl.

looks pretty good but im not sure if the bat ally TA will work as prerequisite (cant spell it lol)
and "ICWTO" im assuming is in contact with oracle (correct if im wrong)
needs to be assigned to 2 characters

though you can drop all the ambushes and assign ICWTO to batgirl (to help with her defene stats) and lunge on robin (im not sure if he has L/C and flurry on the same clix but it can help with line of fire for outwit after attacks)
but thanks i think i will play this team tonight i also got a green arrow/star city team im working on that i wana play too
any ways thanks again

Yeah, that right. I was reading off my roster and I combined the 400 and the 300 point Batman Ally teams. I didn't have ambush on any one in my 300 I had ICWtO

This is a Batman Ally team that i play often and it works ok for me
Batman 85
Nightwing 79
Robin 66
Batgirl 70
I like the outsiders batman n this team it keeps ppl on their toes.

Now if you want a Gotham City team that is just cheese play SC Batman with a bunch of gotham city detectives you can fit 3 on a team with him in a 300 point game giving you 11 points to feat batman how ever you like protected and alias is usally what i throw on him.
Then again there is the old Man of Steel and Dark Knight combo that i still breack out from time to time

if you want a truly nasty Gotham City team here you go

Hitman 61
Gotham City Det 27
Gotham City Det 27
Gotham City Det 27
The Question 37
The Riddler 90
+Stunning Blow 10

plus 20 more points in feats that you want.

The only downside to this team is no move and attack powers, but most Gotham City Teams do not, but that is where Riddler shines.

He is able to move full movement and use his free incap and still deal damage with it, regardless of success on tokens be applied or not.

With hitman and his ranged flurry with 2 PD's for +2 to attack and +3 to Damage thats 5 to two targets in a row, Push him and gain a 10 attack with willpower.

Not sure if the feat is restricted or not but Nanobots would be great on him.

Also those Detectives are nothing to laugh about either with a 9 attack and 2 damage when they team up that is an 11 attack and 4 damage.

As for BFC's
OD
Extrodinary day

and what ever else you want to run.

i played the team against a doomsday and 3 amanda waller pogs (doomsday has endurance)
i didnt know much about doomsdays dial but i knew he got nastier if i didnt hit fast (didnt really matter how hard i hit him coz that SP of his)
in the end i lost :( but mostly because he didnt use his endurance properly just kept pushing without taking the damage or putting tokens on the card (cheater)
but i didnt care i was only for fun and i totally had him on the run
sadly i never got to use charge flurry combo from batman
but captain gordons SP surprised him and sent him on the run
still lost though but coz he cheated GRRRRRRR lol
