SIb Ms Marvel + 168 [Skrull]
SI Impossible Man + 72 (+ 8 Camouflage)
HA Venom + 73
SI Gamora + 73 (+ 5 Loner)
Total: 399
I suppose my strategy is that of annoyance and big damage output w/ Skrullvel and Gamora but would going up against a team like this cause more frustration than challenge for the opposing player?

Its a very good team, honestly even if you didn't have Skrullvel and put some other 168 points worth of figures on instead, the team would still be awesome. Venom, gamora and impossible man are awesome figures for what they bring to the board.

I'd opt for Takedown and Lunge on Venom. Or Vampirism.
Camo on Imp just doesn't do enough for him, since they can still see him to outwit him. Loner on Gamora I can't argue that much... but I really advocate for Takedown on Venom.
I also think if you didn't want to use Ms. Marvel, and were only using the "other" universe, then I'd get Nightwing involved. And maybe Ambush Bug for amusement.
Very strong team though. I imagine you won't be well-loved by your opponents.

Yeah, Camo was there because it filled the points and offered him a slightly better chance at not being shot at while having a better chance to be in a spot to PC his teammates. I like the idea of Takedown though. Hmm, Takedown on Venom and Alias on Gamora would be 8 points. Perhaps that would work. Good tip and I'm afraid I must agree that I'll most likely be disliked that night. Oh well. :nervous:

i really love that team setup, in fact, id had close to it for an upcoming tournament in a few weeks. So heres a few shuffling ideas
I opted for Lunge on Venom (since he has Leap/Climb the whole dial due to his trait)
Skullduggery and Loner on Impy (gives a better chance to hit, and also adding tokens, so hes not JUST there to take up space while annoying. and outwitting. and PCing. ^^)
Camouflage on Ms Marvel isnt likely to come up- its only near the end of her dial BUT- she has combat reflexes. If youre close to a wall, itll force people to go for a 16 defense when she has quake, instead of picking her off at 14. And Quake is automatic knockback. but thats a late game option you dont want to have to use, anyways.
Gamora... >< i shoulda thoughta that. hmm....
Takedowns are a great idea. Entangle too. Maneuver+Vault combo will really mess up your opponent too. Only way to be more harrassing than unable to be hit, is to move his figures where you want to at will. out of hindering, away from ms marvel, break crowds apart.. wewt.
I really like the damage Gamora brings to the team, and the tie up guarantee that is Venom and Impy together is fantastic to give Gamora and Ms Skrull-vell a clear way to pick everyone off. Feats are about the only thing I'd change, but those are up to your playing style ^^ Props all around, i hope i dont have to face this team!
