Seems like I placed this one wrongly in general discussion, so let's see if anyone answers here ;)
First I've got to say that there are not too many DC-Characters
I'd like too see as a heroclix-figure, because I don't know many
(cause I've always read Marvel-stuff and Spawn). But one of
the coolest Characters has not been released in Hypertime.
What about the main man? What about Lobo?
I'm interested in what you guys think his dial should look like.
Here some proposes:
- RANGE 8, 3 ARROWS - To represent his "ABILITY" to blast away entire armies not by being a proper hitman but by being in insane rage and being unbelievably lucky! (Oh how I love him )
- CHARGE - No matter how his chances - He'd never let anybody have the first punch!
- SUPER-SENSES - Ok, by the abillities name not too logic. But the humor of the comic bases on his stupidity and his luck! Lobo never wins a fight by being the strongest son of a ##### but by being lucky, so I think super-senses would fit him much more than toughness. (I think Impervious would go way too far)
- I'm not too sure about a damage ability. Battle fury would fit him pretty well, but I think perplex would represent his abillities much better because the bonus is - accoeding to the rules - build on the characters "unpredictable behaviour" (or something like that) that confuses the enemy - That ability was just MADE for the main man!

I also agree, the Main man is one of the characters i want to see made into a figure next to my other favorite character Guy Gardner. Didnt lobo have healing powers like Wolverine?
Couple other ideas I was playing with:
1. At least one click of Mastermind. ("C'mere, clyde, I need ya ta stop some bullets!!! Har Har Har!!!")
2. Definitely some perplex, early on in the dial, to represent his ability to find his opponent's weakness, and then pull his intestines through it.
3. At least one click, toward the end of the dial, of either B/C/F for the hook, or Close Combat Expert
4. At least 8 clicks, and regen on the last three.
I think charge would work pretty well, but I gotta disagree with the three lightning bolts idea. I have plenty of issues where he gets pinned down by a bunch of people shooting. He's not a god of guns: he can just take a hell of a lot of bullets in him while he's closing in to rip someone a new anus with his hook.

what about his tracking skills? I am sure that he can find any Stealthed charcaters, including Bat Ally with no problem. Right?

I'm prepared to wait a few years after 2003 for one, though.

What do you think? Should they put him on his Hog or traveling by foot? How would they do him flying on his Hog though.

yea they would make him fly but he never flies with anyone... what cool attribute could they give him to make him fly solo?? Hopefully there will be some sort of card system with names of powers... ehh who knows!

I bet we finally get Mephisto, too, and he'll be 300+ points with Power Cosmic, three targets, and a base 6 damage at his peak.

Maybe they'll get doubly lucky and get an awesome Guy Gardner with 3 damage across the board to show his awesomeness. Luckily heroclix will never go out of business due to the fact that we keep shoveling out money into it.

They can do whatever they want with Mephisto, assuming they even make such a minor character. At least I know I'll get my biggest want: a definitive 616 Captain America with a killer sculpt.

What's an Octomom? I mean I've read the paper every day for this entire year of 2003, and found nothing. Is it a "B" movie about a huge, giant Octopus come to save her offspring, sort of like Gorgo? I understand Octopi sometimes have 15 or 16 offspring, so it would be easy to see she could lose one in say, Los Angeles County, and then make a big splash trying to get it back. Or maybe she could take several back home, one at a time. Sounds too far-fetched to be believable. I'd probably rather watch an Angelina Jolie movie.
PS.- Wishing for a giant Octopus would be about as silly as hoping for a giant Starfish Heroclix.
