Does anyone have any suggesting on what to keep clix figs in? I have most of mine in a box right now, and the ones that don't fit are still in their packaging. What do you all use to store your clix?

One word: Tacklebox.

Just go to Wal-Mart and bring a sinlge clix. Open them up and see how they fit. You might want to bring along fliers and/or odd shaped figures too, just to see if they have any compartments that they'll fit in as well. Look at the ones that you think would hold the most

I bought a tacklebox from Wal-Mart that holds three figures in each compartment, and has an extra large deep section for my big fig.s and fliers.

I use plastic containers that are supposed to be used for fishing tackle. There's 24 slots, and you can easily fit at least two Clix in a slot. The dividers between the slots are also removable, so you can fit in some of the Clix that take up more room, such as CT Elektra. The ones I buy can be found in the sporting goods department at Wal-mart and they say "Shimano" on them. I think they retail for around $3-$4.

Hot Wheel's cases work the best, just go to the hotwheels or matchbox section and look for some clear cases!

I actually use the Shimano tackle box too for taking my armies on the road. I've always wondered if the company that makes the boxes has seen a sudden spike in sales or something...

"Nobunaga-san, sales for the Shimano fish box have gone up 200% since you started here, what is your secret?"

I use a Hot Wheels car carrying case thingy and it works. Some figures don't fit well but whatever. :P

Up until Saturday, I used a $7.88 tacklebox from Wal-Mart. Saturday, I bought 9 plastic shoeboxes to store my figures. One shoebox holds my dice, PAC, objects, etc. Four are for DC and four are for Marvel. As soon as Indy Clix comes out, I'll buy four more. I have one for Uniques and big figures, one for Vets, one for Exps, and one for Rookies for each set. The Marvel boxes are clear and the DC boxes are tinted blue. I have a luggage pull that I stack them on for easy movement.

Somehow "luggage pull" and "easy movement" seems contradictory to me. :)

Tackleboxes from walmart. $8.88 gets you a green box. Inside that green box are four clear plastic boxes. Those four clear plastic boxes have adjustable dividers. At the smallest adjustment, which fit all but Mr. Fantastic, new Elektra, and Mojo, each box holds 18 figures. Thats six vertical rows of three, R/E/V. They are almost perfect.
Be warned, I have looked on Ebay for cases, and have seen the very same cases for auction starting at twelve bucks plus something like 5 for shipping.
They are worth $8.88.
They are available for $8.88.
Don't pay more than...
you guessed it!
$8.88

Yeah and for like $10-11 Wal-Mart has a nylon carrier that comes with four of the tackle holders and has extra pockets for the map, dice, PAC, etc. And for $4-5 more thay have all sorts of hard-shell tackle boxes that have all kinds of nifty compartments, and room to hold the inexpensive Shimano cases and the giant-size figs.

I use these milky-translucent 'bead, bauble & button' cases you can find at any art supply and craft shop (think Ben Franklin's or Michael's). Costs around $8-$9 if I remember correctly. Has do-it-yourself breakapart compartment dividers.

Pretty decent storage solution and believe me, there's not a square pica of wasted space in these things. One case holds the ENTIRE r/e/v set of Clobberin' Time plus Uniques. No room for maps or booklets, tho (dice, Clix-turning rings and terrain objects & tokens fit depending on how full you've stuffed the case).
