I am a Brand New member to Hero Clix Realms. I have been a part of Yu-Gi-Oh! realms for quite a while so I think most of the same rules still apply here. I would really like to build a Sinister Sydivate Team but don't know what to put in it. I am getting a Veteran Boomerang, Veteran Mr. Hyde, and Veteran Kingpin. I only have a Marvel Premier Edition Starter. :(
Is a Sinister Sydicate Team good? Are there any "staple" figuers that I should use?

First of all, welcome to the game! :)
Now, Sinister Syndicate isn't a bad team, but it isn't the best either. Boomerang is good because with energy explosion and multiple targets, he can devastate a group of characters if you pair him up with a bunch of SHIELD agents to maximize the damage.
Another character that really rocks is experienced Doctor Octopus. He's only 44 points and has Leadership and Willpower, not to mention Leap Climb. He even gains Super Strength later on I think. Usually you would need Leadership on a Sinister Syndicate team since you can usually fit a bunch of characters on your team. Experienced Doctor Octopus is so versatile he's almost a must for every team based around the syndicate. I like the veteran the best myself, but he's not Sinister Syndicate.
Kingpin isn't bad for cheap leadership, but I prefer the good doctor.
Hobgoblin isn't really worth the points, so I wouldn't use him unless you really like him.
Sandman is another great piece. I can't remember offhand which version is Sinister, but I think it's the experienced. The veteran can also mimic the Sinister Team with his Spiderman team ability.
Hope this helps,

It's great to have new people playing Heroclix!
I don't really remember who is in the Premier set, but there are some other fun Syndicate members to try.
Experienced Doc Ock is fun from the new set.
Experienced Vulture is a great taxi (he can carry other figures into battle).
Hobgoblin can be powerful when he benefits from the Syndicate ability. And he can 'taxi' his team around.
And don't forget Minions of Doom (MoD) figs. Most of them can fit well into a Syndicate team. They won't disrupt your theme of villains.
Good luck.

Ok thanks for the feedback. Would Bullseye be good??? He is a sinister Syndicate member, right???

Yes, Bullseye is very popular. He's almost always a must for any Sinister Syndicate team. Keep him on the roof to sniper any incoming threats. He also works well teamed up with Boomerang, as Boomerang can share his attack value.

The vet Bullseye is an awesome fig and general, and great addition to a Sin Syn team.
Also, look into the exp. Ultron, he's a Minion of Doom with great stats, which will allow you to take advantage of the cool powers characters like Boomerang and Bullseye have.
Bullseye is outstanding.
SinSyn is a pretty good team, but in my opinion they are about one good close combat figure away from being a viable team. V Bullseye and E Boomerang are great ranged threats, E Doc Ock is a great second attacker, E Vulture can taxi.
Hobgoblin is too expensive to be worth it, but give him a try. He can be decent if someone with a decent attack is next to him.
We recently did a Faction tournament (all from one faction, plus you could pull from either Spiderman team or MoD) and a Bad Figure tournament (make a team to give to your opponent, 300 points 10 figure max, if I ever do it again it will be 200 point, 8 figures) so I saw a lot of different characters in action.
E MR. Hyde is also a consideration for you, but remember he can't be carried if he is carrying an object with Super Strength or when he has Battle Fury.
Hope this helps-

can someone give me an example of what a Sinister Syndicate would have in it.

A flying figure cannot taxi a superstrength figure that is holding an object.
HOWEVER, a flying figure with superstrength can both carry an object and taxi another figure.
Hope that helps.

I guess I don't refresh often enough (sounds like a personal hygiene problem) or finish composing my posts quickly enough.
"Mom, have you ever had that, you know, not so refreshed feeling?"
"Of couse, dear, that's why I compose my posts quickly."

If you need an explanation, let me know. It's pretty straightforward though.

Are there better teams that I could use?

When I bought my Premier Edition I got some blank white stickers what are they for???
For the bottom of the figures so you can put your name on them
Putting on the bottom of your figure bases to mark your own figure. Most folks choose not to use them as it hurts their collectibility, but it is really your call!
