Query on Perplex with other powers.

Someone mentioned in an earlier post that Perplex cannot be used on someone who is using RCE or CCE. Rather, if Perplex is used on an ally with one of those powers (Ranged Combat Expert/Close Combat Expert) then that Perplexed character cannot use RCE or CCE. Is that true? Also, can Willpower be used with either one of those attacks?

Also, if true, what other powers cannot be used in conjunction with Perplex? What about Super Strength, or Plasticity, or Running Shot? Does Willpower receive any restrictions on use?

You got it right.

A model under the effects of Perplex may not use RCE or CCE.

A model may not use both Willpower and RCE or CCE in the same turn.

Perplex can be used with Super Strength, Plasticity, Running Shot, and so forth. Same with Willpower.

It's just RCE and CCE that have the restrictions that they may not be used in conjunction with any other power.

Although I would be curious exactly how Perplex and Plasticity can be combined, purely in terms of how the two are related.

I just meant that if Plastic-Man (for instance) was in close combat with someone, and Harley wanted to Perplex his damage or his attack rating, could it be done without affecting his Plasticity power? That's all... thanks for the answers, y'all.

Of course you can.

As I wrote, only RCE and CCE may not be used with other powers.
