Hogun's HOGUN THE GRIM Special Power reads:
HOGUN THE GRIM: Whenever Hogun is given an action, for that action modify his damage value by +1 for each action token on him at the beginning of that action.
I realize that characters can't be given an action when they have two action tokens on them (unless they have a special rule or team ability that allows them to do so like the Masters of Evil TA and certain colossal figures), but if Hogun cannot push again when he has two tokens, why is his Special Power worded the way it is?
If he had the Masters of Evil TA, it would make sense because he can get +1 damage the first time he pushes, and +2 the second time (and so on as long as he doesn't rest).
So why does the power not read, "Whenever Hogun is given an action, for that action modify his damage value by +1 if he already has an action token on him." ?
I also realize that you can put Mercenary on him and put him Adjacent to a character with the MoE TA to give him +2 damage when he pushes twice in a row...but is that REALLY why his power is worded that way?
