Any other judges having trouble?

Ok, so I just retired as judge. Not really, WK retired me as a judge. That program they used to clear out the defunct judges just got someone who was approved a week ago. Dag-nabbit! I barely had time to screw anything up! :)

So far I still got the icon!

The other Columbia, SC HC Judge also got retired with his knowledge. He also lost all thepoints he had accumulated. I wonder how sweeping this program is? I haven't been able toget into contact with anyone at WK, but I'm sending in my tax info next-day-air to get it in ASAP. La-La-La-La-Love-ly!

As a player of the "big-three", it is QUITE sweeping. I lost my status and points as well as many other Volunteers for their games did. LOTS of P.O.'ed Envoys right now.

Hee hee, I get to keep my icon for now, though. So I'm not a Judge...I'm a Judge-bot. I'm a rookie though, so my stats aren't all that good and I don't have leadership. But I can taxi and I can mimic team abilities.

I got the boot too. I e mailed the "envoy help line" and got no response. If its the forms, how can I getto them if I got cut off from all the Envoy links on the site? This is so frustrating. I also run games for all the "big 3" and now the venue I am, (was) running at has become burdened that I can't fulfill the role. A little help would be good here, WK!

Why in the H@#^%@#^#$ would you not respond back to the people trying to help you sell your product.

I don't know the exact number of people I have helped get into the heroclix game, but I do know that I am not helping or promoting any of the heroclix lines until I get a response from them.

I sent in all the tax forms, I even traced them after I sent them because I sent them UPS. They received them, and then I was cancelled out and lost all of the points I had acquired. If I had to, I would send in new tax sheets, but guess what, youhave to have access to the judges page to get them.

Can anyone explain the ignorance behind this please? I am dumbfounded.

Greetings! If your Envoy status has been Retired as of 2/12/03, you have not submitted all of the required paperwork. In order for your Envoy status to be Reactivated you will need to submit a completed copy of the 2003 Volunteer Contract AND a completed copy of a W-9. Please see your sponsor for a copy of the 2003 contract. The W-9 tax form is available on the IRS website, www.irs.gov.

You may fax these documents to us or you may submit them by mail. Your Envoy status will not be reactivated until we receive these documents.

The required documents are:
Completed copy of a 2003 Volunteer Contract

All you have to do if send in your 2003 contract and a W-9 and you will be reinstated. I faxed my forms in on Friday morning and was reinstated before the close of business that same day. I faxed a fellow judge's info in yesterday morning, and he's been re-instated as well. I kept all my points that I had to date.

Every volunteer in my area had the same thing happen. I know I sent my 2003 contract in, but I'm unsure on the W-9. Many people have speculated that the office move has contributed to this problem, but that's unsubstantiated.

I was under the impression (and this may contribute to exactly what went on) that when we first had to send these in.... they only asked for the Contract...

After a couple of weeks, then then asked for both documents to be sent it.

In either case, let me flaunt my Judgehood unsportsmanlike towards your general area.

That was just jokes.... hopefully they'll get this all resolved.

either I forgot my W9 or it got lost either way the problem was fixed in about 2 days after I faxed in the paperwork.
