New Power Combinations

For those who know more about comics and comic characters than I do, which characters (DC or Marvel) could theoretically be made that would have these, as of yet, unseen power combinations (on the same click).

Plasticity and Poison <poison ivy?>

Flight, Willpower, moderate cost (i.e. not a 150 pt GL)

Supersenses and PC
BCF and PC

Flurry and Support (would this even work?)

Steal Energy and Support

Hypersonic Speed and Willpower

Mastermind and Support

BCF and flying

Plasticity and Poison: Poison Ivy is good. Clayface could have been setup like this, but he was not. Not sure if there are any Marvel characters that could do this though.

Flight and Willpower: A Green Lantern member. Sorry, but it is a possibility. Storm is a possibility as well.

Supersenses and PC: No clue. Maybe Domino or Longshot.

BCF and PC: Again, maybe Domino or Longshot.

Flurry and Support: This will probably never happen.

Steal Energy and Support: Not a clue?

Hypersonic speed and Willpower: This will probably never happen

Mastermind and supprt: Mayber Mr. Sinister. Thats really reaching though.

BCF anf Flying: Not sure?

No way! Poison Ivy could have incapacitate and poison, but not plasticity. She is no "Swamp Thing", she should need an attack to pin down the enemy.

= Flight, Willpower, moderate cost (i.e. not a 150 pt GL)

I could think some that could have this combination (some already made could have - or should - that, like Thor or even Superman) but at moderate cost? Nah! A flyer with willpower is expensive, gamewise or if you think about the comic books "engine"...

= Supersenses and PC

Definetelly Longshot. Maybe Zattana or Domino. (nah... those are PCs, not supersensers) Humm... but John Constantine could fit in. (or should he just have outwit?)

= BCF and PC

None comes to my mind. PC charaters normally don't use blades or claws. Hey... wait... Longshot does have a sword, doesn't he?

= Flurry and Support (would this even work?)

Hah... good idea, but no! It shouldn't work like this.

= Steal Energy and Support

Can't think of anyone! Anyway, those should not work together... to "steal" the energy you need to subtract clix, not add.


= Hypersonic Speed and Willpower

Some "Superman" could have it. Maybe some Flashs too. (what about a veteran Barry Allen?) But they should get a very high cost for the combination...

= Mastermind and Support

Nice one! But I can't think of someone who deserve it! A "mastermind" (gamewise) is not much of a supportive figure. :)

= BCF and flying

Interesting to notice that flyers normally don't use Blades or Claws. We have thor, but it's a hammer. Hmm... I believe that some version of Hawkman have an axe.

I could see them doing this with Omega Red--poison for the death pheromones and plasticity for the tendrils.

Hmm, Green Goblin or Dracula? They ought to be fairly expensive, though. Maybe Morbius.

Incap an poison is pretty good too. I like the Idea of Omega Red. Someone mentioned (a few months back) something about how a Swamp Thing with thorns would make a neat Unique (give him a ranged attack, and maybe poison to represent being tangled up in thorns)

My thinking with Steal energy/support wasn't to steal the energy off of the support power, but rather to have a self healing medic. A character with regeneration and support would also be an idea. A medic that could sustain itself.

As for Mastermind/Support, I always forget about the "lesser point value" clause of mastermind.

I actually made a custom version of Kang that has this combo at the end of his dial. It's to represent when he knows he's about to go down, so he turns on a temporal flux device that starts to phase him out of our time, probability controll represents his time traveling in a different way,.. he knows how the present is supposed to happen (he's from the future) so he has a better chance of altering things to his benifit.


Hypersonic Speed and Willpower

Silver surfer is a posibility. He is also a canidate for hypersonic speed and support, which would be an interesting combo.

BCF and flying

Morbius would be a sho in for this power, Archangel too

Longshot uses knives and he has a sword. If you recall he killed Mojo by stabbing the blob with the sword in X-men 10 or 11 or something.
