Settle this mini-dispute between two newbies...
1. Can a player roll more than once for Leadership if a team has more than one character with Leadership. (I KNOW you can't gain more than an extra turn this way, but suppose I had R Aquaman and R Nightwing and I missed with Aquaman, can I retry with Nightwing?)
2. Impervious and Toughness...can they reduce damage to ZERO? My friend and I came across a problem when our last two fighters had Toughness and only damage of 1. It kept cancelling out the damage, leaving them battered and bruised, yet still duking it out. I got to thinking, maybe it only reduces damage to 1, so if there was 1 damage, there's 1 period, or does it actually go down to ZERO? Same thing as for Impervious but please don't go into all the #### about targeted and all that, I UNDERSTAND THE POWER, just does it reduce damage to ZERO?
Thanks whoever anwers, you're a lifesaver!

1. Yes. Though you can only ever get one extra action, you may try to get that action as many times as you are able.
2. Yes, damage can be reduced down to 0. A single click of damage against a figure with Toughness will be reduced so that the figure ends up taking no damage. If there is a standstill where no powers make it possible for damage to be dealt (Incapacitate, Super Strength, Perplex etc), then it can prove problematic, yes. But if nothing else eventually someone will score critical misses and hits.
1. I believe only one roll for one leadership... except with prob. control
2. Yes it reduces down to 0. You gotta hope for critical hit.

probability control is still in marvel right? i dont know of a DC char having one yet and it isnt even in the DC PAC card
Hopefully I can be helpful
1) Per the Power & Abilities card that comes with the starters, Leadership is defined as such: " This character may add an action to your action total for the turn.... You may only gain one extra action each turn with this power, even if you have more than one figure with Leadership."
So two leadership figs can't add an addition two actions. However, if you have more than one leadership fig, and fail to roll leadership for the first, you may roll for the second.
2) This one is easy. Toughness outright says "the character reduces damage delivered to him by 1 click". So unless you are incredibly anal, all characters with toughness shrug the first damage from each individual attack they encounter, even She-Hulk, who is a her. If a character has a damage value of 1, they will not hurt a character with toughness by normal means. Only a roll of 12 will land the 2 damage necessary to net 1 damage to the character with Toughness.
As for Invulnerability and Impervious, they are alike in that direct damage is reduced by 2. What makes impervious better is it has build in Super Sense, or to be more specific, a third of a chance to make the attack miss entirely. Also, a character with Impervious who stands next to a character who has been shot with energy explosion will not get the benefit of Impervious as that character is not specifically targeted which is necessary for Impervious to take effect.
I certainly hope that hasn't added to your confusion. If you don't have your own rules/power card, go to wizkidsgames.com, click on either Marvel or DC and read through the rules, particularly the power card. I think most of your questions will be answered.
Good Luck!

does the same thing apply to Outwit, having more than one character with Outwit means we can cancel more than one of our opponent's superpower(s), possibly shutting down more than 2 powers on ONE heroclix?

You can use mutliple outwits in the same turn. You can also target the same figure with multiple outwits. Eg. If you had enough outwitters you could switch off Supermans Charge, Impervious and Super Strength in all in the one round.
Hope it helps
