LE "Evil" Supergirl is ridiculously overcosted at 194. She should be about 125, enough of a difference for Lex Luthor unique and he is extremely overcosted too (he should be about 44) So being 25 points overcosted, you would have room for fortitude. Supergirl w/Fortitude and Luthor should cost what she costs alone! Instead it's 288.

I found Parasite one day and was determined to make a good team. I coupled him with Lexcorp Battle suit 39 to give him outwit and fortitude to protect from outwit. At 207 i could make them win. I tested them against random guys, picked ones that would be good to copy and it didn't matter.

So I combined these to make a 495 point team. Now with 3 outwits, 3 characters immune to Outwit, a power copying guy, a perplex, and a beatsitck, i though it might not be that bad.

Against Sutur, Son of Surtur, and 3 fire Demons it lost. That's 320 an full 175 (Namor w/Fortitude) less. And the Demons didn't just win. They beat them so bad that after i left all the damage on them (1 on surtur and the son, 2 on 1 demon and one demon ko'd) and reset the Superman Enemys and the Demons eat them again! I played against Namor w/ Fortitude and barely one. they barely lost to Ultron 174 with lian harper. Sentry beat them up as did Ragnorock Surtur. This would be one heck of 200 point team, decent at 250, 300 it's not great but ok. You'd be hard pressed to find a 400 point team that could legitimately lose against it (unless it was this team minus 100 points)

Supergirl+ Fortitude 194+25
Parasite + Fortitude 143+25
Luthor 69
Lexcorp Battlesuit 39
495 points

Definitely not the worst.

You've got a ton of awesom support powers in Outwit and Perplex, some decent damage output from Super Girl and damage reduction (both real and potential from Parasite). Your biggest weakness are action advantage (you'll have to constantly push to maximize your actions) and less than stellar attack and defense values on your big guys.

But I guarantee you that if you showed up to a 'Build the Worst Team' style tournament, most of your opponents would hand you a steaming pile that would make that build look like solid gold as it smacked your 'new' team around something fierce.

Back in the day I used to pit 300 points of heroes vs Kingpin with 300 points worth of Thugs, Lackies, Henchmen, and Criminals. The petty thugs couldn't even hurt a lot of characters without critical hits, but it was still a ton of fun. I'm pretty certain you could build a modern day version of that that would qualify for worst team ever.
