How do you win your battles!

Do you go for combos of team abilitys, a team of figs with the same super powers? What do you do to win?

Usually I try to roll well. If I don't then I won't win. ;)

I like to use a mix of figures. There usually must be someone good at range and someone good at close combat. Sometimes I'll go for heavy close combat with moderate ranged backup. I rarely depend heavily on ranged because of the plethora of stealth.
