Prerequisites: Outwit and Perplex

Choose a character.

Outwit does not need to show in the character's stat slot in order for the character to use this feat.
When the character uses Perplex, the character can affect every target friendly character that shares a team symbol or keyword with it. The character must have a clear line of fire to each target.

INVENTIVE GENIUS: Mr. Fantastic can use Perplex, but he can modify the target's combat values by +2 or -2 if he is targeting himself of another character with which he shares a keyword.

All brilliant tac says is that you can use perplex all friendly characters.
Mr. Fantastic's inventive genius specifies what happens when he uses perplex on characters with a common keyword. So he can indeed perplex multiple teammates with a common keyword +2 or -2. Even better, since it activates on use of perplex, Mr. Fantastic can perplex an opponent with a common keyword -2 and then perplex up his own teammates and himself +2. Nasty.
