is it based on the character's ranged combat range, or does Outwit go out for a range of 10 regardless? The PAC states Outwit's range as 10, so but I got to thinking about the value for Ranged Combat? thanks!

Like it says on the PAC, Outwit's range is 10. Whether the figure's printed range is less or more, Outwit's range is 10.

Outwit, Perplex and Probability Control's range is always set to 10. This special range cannot be Perplexed. This special range will still be sibject to the rules concerning Soaring figures (range is half value rounded up.)
