400 pts. Celebrity Ultimate Thor team

So I got to looking at Ultimate Thor and decided I wanted to try to play him again. Looking at his keywords, the Celebrity keyword looked best. So here's what I came up with:

Ultimate Thor 186
SI starter Human Torch 100
HOT Venom 73

After that I've got several options for what I can use. I could put in Howard the Duck, Vet Scarab, or Vet Tiger Lily. Depending on which one I use, I've got anywhere from 6-11 points left for feats as well. I'm not sure which feats to use.

So what do you think about it? Does it look like a good foundation for a team or is Ultimate Thor too much to try to use anymore?

You are correct. I overlooked him and after looking at it again, I think Thor just found a new best friend.

play Howard, he gets perplex.

and then put Vendetta on Venom, L/C right next to the target... then he has plasticity to keep him from running away, and Shape Change & Super Senses to dodge.

although i played Venom this past weekend and he was awful for me.. had Vampirism on him, pushed to attack with blades cause he would heal back up... but crit missed the mary jane pog... so went from KOing pog taking no damage.. to miss pog, take 2 damage...
