Someone actually asks, "Why the Controller?"!

I noticed someone asking why the Controller was placed in the first set and someone making another comment about his playability on my thread about saving the Silver Surfer from oblivion. Well, I'll tell you why they added Controller... because he ####ing rocks!!! I can't imagine why anyone would turn their nose up at this guy. Even in his blue verision, he's one of the key members of my teams that I build! I feel bad if I don't use him! He's got mind control with a pretty decent attack value and when you hit him his stats only go up! At one point he peaks out at a 12 attack value with 3 damage and super strength! When people try to beat the mind control out of him, he just gets better and pounds them! The best thing of all? He has regeneration near the end of his dial! This guy usually lasts the entire game for me! How can anyone complain about him? Here's something else some people may not know about him, he got his powers suped up by Thanos. Thats right, this guy hung out with Thanos of all super beings for a little while. Now do you understand? He's pretty awsome! My only regret is that he's supposed to have flight because he actually has it in the comics. Check out Iron Man (Vol. 3) #13 and Captain America #365 -366 for some newer memorable stories involving him. I love him. He's probably in my top 5 most used Heroclix!

Gotta agree with you. Controller rocks the party with extreme prejudice.

When I use him in-game, some of the peeps I play usually stay clear of him because they know... Get too close and he'll have you shooting at your own guys OR hit him a couple of times and he'll get the stats he needs to whoop your heavy hitters.

He's alright. I've used him in MOE teams and he's useful. But let me tell you who I played the other day after thinking he was a waste, V Hercules. Now that guy is a killer.

Hercules is indeed a great figure. He's strong all the way down his dial and does 3+ damage until the last two clicks of his dial.

I've not yet played with Controller myself. I know what can do, though. I did play against a team with E-Controller once. I knew how dangerous he was, so I took him out in my first attack.

I like Controller. He is really cool. I only have the E version; but have used him often. They really did him well according to the comics; besides the flight that is.
But he does well enough without it.

Controller would be even better if MOE didn't suck so bad. Imagine if he had Sinister Syndicate instead. Then Boomerang could sit back with a 12 attack. Thankfully he can with Bullseye. It's just the V Boomerang is a little bit bitter.
