Depends on what you mean by 'target'.

They can't be moved. FF rules, page 20:

Double-base characters can’t be moved by Telekinesis, can’t be knocked back, and ignore other characters’ Force Blast.

(and, yes, characters with a base more than squares large follow the same rules)


But you can use TK to throw objects at them all day long.
