Barrier- to leap and climb?

Can a leap/climber go onto a barrier as long as the move dosn't end there?

This rule says different things in the rule book, faq, and throughout all the other rules.

Yes, so long as his move doesn't end on the Barrier, a figure with Leap/Climb may move through a square which contains a Barrier token.
