Top of barrier

Hi! I'm confused.

Can anyone at all be placed or land on top of a barrier? I.e grounded figures, leap/climb figures, flying figures, soaring figures or sentinel?

If anyone can, will they fall down and hurt themselves when the barrier goes away?

You can't end your movement turn on a barrier.

If I recall it right then a flyer can end their movement on top of a barrier (hovering or soaring) if it's a outdoor map. A barrier is still blocking terrain and a flyer can stay there normally. A L/Cer can't end there but can move over it on the outdoor map too.
