Multiple ranged combat&incapasitate

Hi!

Can a figure with more than one lightning symbol and incapasitate use this to incapasitate two different opposing characters at the same time?

Yes, but you cant target the same figure twice in the same turn w/ the same person.

You can also use multiple lightning bolts to make multiple energy explosion attacks, which is often quite handy.

You can in fact use multiple lightening bolts to make multiple attacks with any powers that require a ranged combat action, with the obvious exception of RCE.

my personal rule is that you CAN use RCE w/ multiple arrows. this makes Cyclops much more broken then the other guy.

Edit: when my friends & I first played we didn't know about the arrows & how they worked. so I fielded V Cyclops & was doing 12 damage a turn.
