This is what I have so far:

Thor and Loki
Infiltrate
Sidestep
Thunderbolts (Arachnos)

Right now, I have 21 points left.

I am leaning toward either Damage Shield + Armor Piercing, or Rip it Up.

With DS/AP I will deal 3 damage every time I take damage from close combat, which is pretty cool.

With RiU, I can rip up a light object and base somone, then next turn perplex up damage, hit for 7, free breakaway with Infiltrate and rip up another light object and hit for 6, most likely KOing the opponent.

I'm leaning more toward RiU since I would rather build my strategy around not being hit, and my opponent will still take 2 damage from hitting me anyway.

You mean you have 21 points not 11, right? Go for Camouflage, Immortal Contempt, and Monster Hunter. Those feats have worked well for me along with the ones you already have. I also tend to want to Thunderbolt to Ultimates rather than Arachnos, but maybe that's just local meta.

I did mean 21 points, thanks for the catch.

Infiltrate and Side-Step really work great with Rip it Up, so if I choose not to use RiU, I could drop those as well... things to think about.

IMO, Camouflage and Sidestep are must-plays.
Pym Particles is an interesting option as well.

Personally I'd TB to Ultimates, make the most out of that 10 range Running Shot, keep Batman on his toes.

Then again I'd also add E Black Cat, add in some rerolls and Mystic damage, I'm silly that way.

Blasphemy! Cats are not Asgardian!

If you're going to add a figure instead of feats, a Valkyrie can be a very good idea. Don't do that though. Feats are more fun. Playing ThorandLoki without Sidestep and Infiltrate is a lot less enjoyable (I tried running them and a Valkyrie in a 400 point game yesterday and I only won because my opponent's rolls were almost impossibly bad.)

The ability to Thunderbolt to Ultimate and to bounce around the map with Sidestep is great fun, and it makes playing against powerful Stealth characters a lot less risky. If you're worried about needing those rerolls to hit or to keep from being hit, invest points in Immortal Contempt and Inside Information with either Pym Particles, Camouflage, or Thunderbolts to Batman Ally or Arachnos (but don't copy Batman Ally because that is lame as well. GODS DO NOT HIDE exceptforloki...).

T&L + Infiltrate + Sidestep + TBolts + Camo + Immortal Contempt + Alias

How about that?

How about that?

I would play and have played that. The only change I would make is to swap out Alias for Monster Hunter. Since T&L already have Shapechange, it'll do ever less than normal. Monster Hunter lets them mop the floor with the Specter if somebody brings him out. Of course that might be my bias against Alias because it never works. It'll still be helpful later in the dial or if you get your Hammer and Glamer Outwitted.

Good call, that is just my go-to filler feat, and forgot about their shape change.

I just played T+L as an OMA last week. I will say that Camoflauge was the MVP feat for them.

the feats I ran were Camoflauge-Immortal Contempt-Sidestep-Protected.

Immortal Contempt was nice, knowing that it was almost an automatic +1 for anyone you shot at, Sidestep wasn't as much help as everyone made it out to be.
And Protected made sure that the other player couldn't set up a TK bomb and HAD to dedicate someone to get in front of T+L just to pop protected--basically you're trading your 8 points for one of their figures.

If Protected is an option for you, use it and Camoflauge

I'd do this:

Camoflauge - 8
Protected - 8
Pym Particles - 6 (+1 to defense)
Streak Of Luck - 5 (as an OMA, rolling a crit miss, especially with these guys is like a kiss of death)
Thunderbolts - 5
Monster Hunter - 3

Use Tombstone (and/or the desk if you can). And just plug everyone from range

I was just comparing T&L to the Starving Galactus (new one) and T&L can take him down! If you can keep T&L next to a wall with Camo and get the first shot it (perplexing up the damage and picking up the meteorite), Big G will have to base them to be able to target them. The next turn, T&L can perplex up damage again and hit with the meteorite for 6+ (after reducers if you don't get the penetrating) damage, then again for 3 damage (after reducers). T&L will most likely get hit for some serious damage, but they do have shape change to help, but even if they do get hit 3 out of the next 4 attacks, T&L will still be able to finish him off after they have rested. And that is before adding in 200 points of backup!

Just my two cents, but it seems more fun to T-bolt them to Batman ally rather than a second "mystic." Sure it's fun to give your opponent 2 or 3 feedback damage, but it's a lot of fun to tick them off when they can't go after you in stealth or when you're using camouflage. People don't seem to want to base that figure. Either way, if your opponents are anything like the ones I play against, they'll start whining and crying when you field Thor/Loki because "it's just not fair." I always loved that one.

At 400 points, Thor & Loki aren't remotely "Fair" as they will simply rip through most teams that aren't specifically designed to beat them. Even without Feats a decent player will decimate with this piece.. so If you're cool with the frosty reception punking that 6 ounces of plastic on the table brings.. go for it..

That being said.. strategies to watch for..

Deep Shadows and Stealth pieces. The big strength of Thor and Loki is the duo ranged attack for 11 with Perplex.. So T-Bolting to Ultimates or Supes counters that tactic.

Smart players are not going to allow you to set up for big Duo Shots.. instead making you have to Run Shot an attack, limiting you to 1 attack instead of too.. so a couple of cheap fast/far moving tie up pieces is a better investment then some feats..

And as for your "Can Take Big G" theory.. Camo protects them for 1 shot.. Big G uses Multi-Attack, first shot destroys the wall you're adjacent to and pings any support you have.. second shot PB's the Nefarious Duo for 5, putting you on your RS/Battle Fury clix.. Even ThoKi can't take on Big G single handedly..
