Alright.. couple of TK questons:

1) Can Giants be TK'd? I know Duo's can't, but I'm a little hazy on if Giants can be TK'd or not, since the rules for Giants keep changinging.

2) Can you dual target TK? I don't have a PAC at hand, but if a TKer had 2 Targets, or more, could you TK more then one person?

Yes, but only friendly ones.

No, the power specifies a single target.

I was only concerned about TKing friendly giants.. so that's cool..

And I was hoping I could slap ambidextrous on Tornado Tyrant and TK two of my characters.. bummer..

Thanks for the swift answers..

One more question that just occured to me..

When you TK an opposing character and move then adjacent to a friendly figure. Is the figure considered to have moved Adjacent to the figure? IE would it trigger the Hypertime TA.. or Gert and old Laces SP?

Yes.

In Heroclix, 'move' and 'place' are two different and very distinct terms. Most of the time, moving is done via move action or some such, but TK also uses 'move', too, so TK falls under all the normal restrictions of movement (with the exceptions described in the power description, of course).

Now something that 'places' a character (like OUT OF THE SHADOWS on JL Batman), would not be subject to the movement rules.

Hmm.. now Gert & Old Lace with Armor Piercing and a TKer seems liek a useful strategy..

Thanks for the answer!

It would not trigger Hypertime. Since hypertime requires the figure being move to be have given an action.

With gert and OL it would activate since it just says when they move adjacent.

Well, yes and no.

TK would be good for getting them into a bottle-necked position (like the hallway on the Sinister Prison) early on, forcing opponents to move up to/past them.

But ARSENIC does not activate when G&OL move adjacent... TK-ing them into position would not automatically activate that SP.

Think he was referring to TK'ing an opposing figure adjacent to them.

True about Hypertime. As with everything in this game, the specifics are important.

I had kind of forgotten he was talking about Hypertime in his question and was instead more focused on the fact that TK does, in fact, move the character.

And that would work. But you'd have to roll to hit first... seems like a risky use/waste of TK (depending on the situation of course ;)).
