Can a person use two team abilities for one action? The situation is this...sheild agent rolls an 8 where she needs a 9 to hit. So she uses doom's ability of perplex because she's in an adjacent square. Can she also use sheild team's ability to add plus one damage given that she is also adjacent to a sheild figure??

This seems a little confusing since Perplex is not a team ability.
- If you actualing talking about the Perplex power then I'm afraid you can't use it during an action. You would have to use before the SHIELD agent's attack (i.e. perplex his attack up by 1 or perplex the target's defense down by 1) then roll the dice.
- If you're talking about the Minion Of Doom ability then I'm assuming you really mean can Doom be a Hydra to increase the attack by 1 AND be a SHIELD agent to increase the damage by 1. The answer (once again) is no. You can't be a member of more than one team at a time.
- If you talking about Doom perplexing the SHIELD's attack up by one and being a SHIELD agent to increase the damage by one then yes you can do this. However you have to declare the Perplex and the SHIELD ability before you roll the dice.

Here's what I think, although it might be wrong.
For the SHIELD ability to work, the character with the ability has to give it.
For example, Figure A (with SHIELD ability and Perplex) is adjacent to Figure B (With a Damage Value of 2).
Figure A would have to announce the Perplex to Figure B's attack (or damage, defense, etc.). Then, Fig. A could use an action to use the SHIELD ability to up the Damage by 1 for Figure B, thus making it 3.

I dont think that a shield agent can make a ranged combat attack and use their team ability since that would require two tokens in one turn.

double _a i think u are wrong about the doom team ability not being able to use more than one team ability. it states on the PAC that u can use more than one team ability in one turn , so theoretically a doombot ( or anyone with the doom team ability for that matter)can use a hydra team ability ( no token given ) and then use a shield team ability ( token given ) since both team abilities dont occur at the same time, basically u use the hydra ability to boost attack , then assign him as a memeber of a shield team and boost damage.
camelsmoker, u can do that in one turn , it would be considerred pushing the shield member , as long as u have the action tokens to use i think it would be legal. and as long as the figure doesnt already have 2 tokens i dont see shy u couldnt do that with a shield figure. a shield agent cant boost himself is all

Actually SpyMaster, a SHIELD Agent cannot do anything else on the same turn they use their team ability, because you can only assign one action per turn no matter what. Pushing is only for assigning action in _two consecutive_ turns, not two actions at once. They could either shoot or boost but not both.
Also, with the wildcard ability you cannot use two abilities at the same time, and when you change teams the old team goes away. The bonuses for team abilities are checked at the time the attack is made. If you changed to Hydra team to give another attacker +1 to hit, and the player does not roll to hit yet, when you change to SHIELD team the Hydra bonus goes away because the attacker is not adjacent to a Hydra member anymore. If you used SHIELD first, the fig would receive a token for the action, then when you changed to Hydra the attacker would no longer be adjacent to a SHIELD fig and would lose the +1 damage bonus, effectively wasting an action for the turn.
And to answer the original question, SHIELD agent cannot use Doom's anything because SHIELD does not possess the wildcard ability. If Doom were to copy the SHIELD ability, then _Doom_ could receive a token and boost the Agent's damage by one. He could also use his Perplex power on the Agent's damage first, giving the Agent 3 damage.
Hope this helps!!

Is there any judges who are looking at this that can clarify this. I for one think that any wildcard ability can do both , use the Hydra and then use the shield team abilities on the same attack from one figure with the wild card ability since either ability can occur before the other. Hydra team ability states " for each hydra member adjacent to a friendly figure making a ranged combat attack, add +1 to the attacker'sattack value. The adjacent hydra members must also have a clear line of sight". The PAC also states on the wildcard abilities can use multiple abilities on any one turn. so i dont see why they cant use both and receive both bonus's , hence a doom or spidey team member can use both hydra and shield abilities on one attack helping a friendly figure get the best of both worlds.

From the FAQ
A "wildcard" figure can only use one team ability at a time. A single wildcard can't pump up an attack with both Hydra and SHIELD together. To do so he would have to belong to the Hydra and SHIELD teams at the same time, which he cannot do.

Thanks for the backup, HeroComplex. Hopefully I'll soon have a little "Judge" tag on my name so I can be officially ignored.
To clarify what I said just above, SpyMaster, at the time a figure makes his attack roll, the figures adjacent to him must be of one team affiliation only. You can switch between Hydra and SHIELD all day long, but you can only be one or the other when the attack is actually made.
