I can't quite make my mind up.. and since i'm playing it on tuesday, I need a little advice currently I have either:
Bad to the Bone:
AV Luke Cage 85 w/ thunderbolt 5.
MM (v) Blade 41 w/ vampyism 12.
SI Punisher 86 w/ ambi dextrous 12
FF (e) Ghost Rider 85
FF (u) Wolverine 71 w/ auto regen 12
& Cr Batman 90.
whilst the cards for blade cage and logan seem obvious.. i'm wondering if'd be better dropping all the cards for alpha flight and 4 oracle agents, given that castle'd be wildcarding to batman ta anyway. or
Gamora and the GotG:
SI Gamora 73 w/Lunge 5 and Loner 5
HOT Rocket Racoon 65
Av Yondu 53
SN (R) Aleta 51
SN (V) Major Victory 84 w/ co-ordination 6
HOT Bug 44
HOT Star Lord 90
all the GotG have the ata for 4 points each.
I figured with the major's 8 range, he'd be wanting to stay at the back, also I realised that since starlord has the sharpshooter ability, he can do a running shot on a opposing character he'll end up agacent to. any comments welcome.

Honestly I like the Gamora and gotg Just make sure that you protect gamora, cause she is going to be getting all the attention. That trick with Star Lord is the way to go, rs right into some ones face. Good luck.

Gamora can't use Lunge...no Leap/Climb or Close Combat Expert on her dial. Loner may be overkill on her. She should have Protected, anyway, seeing how she has 0 damage reduction and will be taking the most fire if the enemy's smart.
Coordination isn't a great idea. Major Victory should be shielding others with his Impervious, not shooting from behind (with his 10 range, not 8). Maybe Contingency Plan is a better idea, either on him (recommended since he'll be further from the action and tougher) or Star-Lord. Armor Piercing on Yondu isn't bad, either.

ah. forgot to check her card first.. protected does seem a lot more sensible, then i'd have room for another protected or 2 inside infos.. I reckon cont plan is the way to go, since I bump up either range or attack (movement not my prime concern) without needing los or range. sticking inside info on either gamora or major victory.

Of the two you listed I also like the GotG team a little better. Only because Gamora rocks. However, being more of a DC fan...
August General in Iron 100
-Protected 8
Hitman 61
-Protected 8
Thunderer of Quard 50
V HIVE Trooper 25
V HIVE Trooper 25
-Monster Hunter 3 x1
E HIVE Trooper 22 x2
E OMAC 83
V Blackhawk 35
-Cont. Plan 12
Jonah Hex 46
500pts Soldier keyword, 10 figures (+10 map choice and 5 theme PC)
Unfortunately there aren't many choices for cc beat sticks at this pt level for DC. But AGiI is more than able to hold his own, imo. I think this team will do well though. You've got 3 enhancers, one Outwit, One PD with a Wildercard, the ability to deal penetrating damage at range and one beat stick body gaurd. V Hives taxi E Hives, AGiI taxis Hitman. Put Omac in that line and you have a 4 figure wall of Stealth. When the time is right, RS with Jonah and Thunderer with 3 enhancement and Cont Plan plus the possible 2 PD TA's. If they get too close, AGiI can charge (maybe even carrying a fig out of base contact) out to lay the smack down while the Vet Hives use Willpower to break and carry 2 others to safety. Stealth will be this team's ruin of course, but if you're really worried about that, you can drop Cont Plan and Protected (or one of the E Hive) for Trick Shot on Jonah who can then RS from behind the Hive Troopers (with Enhancement from E Hive and Thunderer) and then next turn push to RCE.
I'd reach for Gotham city, if no other figures would be over 100 points.

thanks for the idea.. sadly, a) my dc collection only really started with orgins, b) we tend to play the highlander rule, since the silly amount of questions, m-11's and lampost spidey's turning up gets boring after a while and c) I'd rather keep my DC themed teams for when the Brave and the bold comes out.
