Hello ther and thanks in advance for your help! Here we go:

GRAVITY CONTROL: Gravity can use Incapacitate (as if he had a range of 8), Super Strength, and Telekinesis.
1) If Gravity was assigned Stunning Blow and was holding an object, could he do damage and incapp as well?

The Laser Turret may make an attack against any opposing character within range, regardless of adjacency.
2)How long has this been arround? I thought Sharpshooter was the only way to use a ranged attack against opposing figs?

3)If I outwit a figs Flight abilty, would it still be able to use the carry ability?

I'll post more as I think of them.

.

He could do damage, but only his unmodified damage as per the text of Stunning Blow. (IE, no object damage value bonus would apply.)

2)How long has this been arround? I thought Sharpshooter was the only way to use a ranged attack against opposing figs?
It has been around since the Turret was released. That rule applies only to characters. The turret makes the attack, not the character, so the rule of adjacency has no bearing.

3)If I outwit a figs Flight abilty, would it still be able to use the carry ability?
Yes.

Hahaha...

You're not gettin' rep for that, though.

Thanks for the previous answers.

Got a new question:
1)If the opponent wishes to Close Combat an opposing figure who is on elevated terrain, he must be at the same elevation?(ie land on the roof) Assume HSS and flight for attacker.

2)Can A Duo-Fig with 2(or more) lightning bolts double target during a Duo-Attack?

3)If I Pulse wave and 4 legal targets are in my range. How much damage is applied if I only rolled high enough to hit 1 of those 4? (Assume 2+ damage)

Yes, they must be at the same elevation. Only Leap/Climb allows characters to make close combat attacks against figures on different elevations (and the attack has to come from a close combat action).

2)Can A Duo-Fig with 2(or more) lightning bolts double target during a Duo-Attack?

No. The duo attack rules specify that only one character can be targeted.

3)If I Pulse wave and 4 legal targets are in my range. How much damage is applied if I only rolled high enough to hit 1 of those 4? (Assume 2+ damage)

Because there are more than one characters in PW range the damage value becomes 1. It does not matter how many figures are actually hit.

Dug this thread out and decided to add a couple more questions:

1)Can Amadeus Cho be given a move action and then use outwit?
Exello When Amadeus Cho is given a power action, he can use outwit.

2)If a fig starts their movement in water and then leaves the hindering terrian (or lets say they possesed Grounded HSS and punched/shot the Opened Hydrant), what happens to their movement score? Do they go back to the full movement score (minus the spaces moved)?

Any help would be appreciated!

Move actions are not power actions, so no, that will not work.

2)If a fig starts their movement in water and then leaves the hindering terrian (or lets say they possesed Grounded HSS and punched/shot the Opened Hydrant), what happens to their movement score? Do they go back to the full movement score (minus the spaces moved)?

Grounded =/= not a flying character
Grounded = not elevated

Now that we've covered that bit, if a character that begins to move in hindering terrain and it doesn't have some way to ignore that terrain, its movement value is halved. Period. Doesn't matter if it leaves the hindering terrain or not. (and, yes, water terrain is hindering terrain for movement purposes ;)).
