Can a figure that has Stealth and is in hindering terrain be affected by pulse wave? i say no, as pulse wave says that you must treat terrain like normal and you must draw a clear line of fire to all figures in range, and Stealth won't allow a clear line of fire to the figure. who's right? thanks in advance!
