Seems kinda regimented for my liking. 8 clix is fine, but they're all divided up by 2s. First 2 clicks are the same, power wise, then so are the next 2, etc. No powers ever overlap. It gives it a blocky feel.

Give the powers kind of a change up and then I think it'd be better. Maybe throw BCF on one of the Charge clicks, put RS on the second click, stuff like that.

looks pretty good. as far as the details of the dial goes i have no major complaints as everything that should be there IS there, but because Wolvie is a close combat beast and Pun is usually a ranged combat guy the powers they have make for odd overlappings (RS with Blades, EE and EW). Options, I know. But if you're paying 136 points for two figures, it would still be cool if you could get two actions out of it (which, admittedly is something that could be said about every duo, not just this one).

How about something like

TRAIT - Never Let Up : When Wolverine & Punisher complete an action that deals more than 5 damage, you may make a second close or ranged combat attack as a free action.

So if Wolverine rolls a 5 or better on the B/C/F roll, or if Punisher EEs a tank, you can follow it up with another attack. I don't know if that power would hold up to abuse tactics with Perplex or their Flurry attacks in general, but something similar to it would be cool.
