I know the themed team probability control is not an action... and I fully understand the prerequisites and conditions a character has to meet in order for it to be used, i.e., no actions given yet, including free actions, and doesn't have two tokens.
My question... and I believe it to be legal...
Let's use the SI Hercules for an example because he has :d-indomitable:.
Example: It's the beginning of my turn. Hercules has no action tokens and has not been given an action yet this turn. Iron Man takes a repulsor shot at the Mandarin, but misses. I use Hercules for a TT PC roll, and put a token on Hercules.
Iron Man re-rolls his attack... and resolves action.
Since Hercules hasn't been given an action yet this turn, just a TT PC role, can I now assign Herc an action? He has Indomitable, so I decide to Charge and Flurry with him.... give him his second token this turn.
That is perfectly legal right? As it does not violate either the TT PC roll rule or the one non-free action per turn rule.
