Does Rookie Dove fly?

This may be a dumb question ... but does rookie Dove fly? Her description on the wizkids site alludes to that her rookie version doesn't fly (has leap/climb) and that the exp. and vet. version do (which don't have leap/climb).

However, in the errata section only manbat is named as a character whose rookie should not posses the flight ability.

Whenever you're unsure about a character flying, check the speed symbol. If it is a foot, as is the case with Rookie Dove, then the figure does not fly. If it is a wing, as is the case with Experienced Dove, then the figure flies.
