Can the TK Reach feat still be used to move a figure 10 squares?

I don't see why not.


The more interesting question to me is how it affects option 3. TK Reach limits the range of Option 3 to 4 squares, so I'm not sure I would want to play this feat.

Absolutely. The benefits are smaller, but still there.

Feats are optional unless the feat says otherwise. You're not required to use Telekinetic Reach when the character uses Telekinesis.
